ABOUT THE TRAINING
HigherDesign Kundalini is an evolved expression of classical Kundalini Yoga - a higher iteration of traditional teachings - developed to meet the fast-changing realities of the modern world.
This training is designed to give students a deep understanding of Kundalini Yoga and the confidence to share these teachings with others.
At the heart of the programme is the HigherDesign Conscious Re-Coding Method, developed by Jayne Ellis through years of teaching and guiding students through periods of uncertainty, burnout, anxiety and feeling purposeless.
Beyond memorising techniques or sequences, students learn how Kundalini works on the physical, mental and energetic systems, while also learning psychotherapeutic frameworks to transform subconscious programming and support emotional stability
Graduates leave with practical teaching skills, a deeper understanding of human transformation, and the confidence to guide others towards a higher vision for themselves, their relationships and their community.

JAYNE ELLIS
Jayne Ellis is a Kundalini Yoga teacher, psychotherapeutic coach and retreat leader with over a decade of experience. Named one of London's Most In Demand Healers by ES Magazine and featured in Vogue, ELLE and Women's Health, she is the founder of the Institute of HigherDesign Kundalini & Inner Mastery and the creator of the HigherDesign Kundalini method.
