Jayne’s Kundalini retreat programme is designed to clear energetic blocks in the body and release self-defeating patterns stored in the subconscious so that you can connect with your soul and raise your vibrational frequency.

With Jayne’s programme of morning and evening sessions of Kundalini yoga, ancient mantra and meditation you will be given an opportunity to cleanse physically, mentally and emotionally. We will spend the first five nights in a truly exceptional retreat space, high up on a hilltop, with panoramic views of the Atlas Mountains, offering you an opportunity to bathe in warm sunlight all day and witness spectacular sunsets. We will practice Kundalini Yoga each morning and evening, whilst fully immersing ourselves in the stunning natural surroundings and allowing an opportunity for a deep reset.

On the sixth night, we will culminate our retreat with a ceremony in the desert, an experience which is sure to be transformative and unforgettable.
