FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What time should I arrive? Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts so you can relax a little and we can begin promptly. Once you arrive at Neal's Yard Therapy Rooms - walk up the stairs to the top (We are the 3rd floor) Once you arrive in the studio and are changed, most people lie on their backs on a mat until class starts. The door will be closed at the scheduled start time of 6.30pm.
I've never practised Kundalini before, can I come? Beginners and all levels always welcome! This is an open class and we always have a wide range of students ranging from those who are totally new to Kundalini and many that have been practising it for years! Find out more about Kundalini HERE
Do I need a Yoga Mat? Mats, blankets and eye pillows are always provided, however you are very welcome to bring your own mat!
Can I get changed at the studios? In Neal's Yard there are three unisex bathrooms located on each floor with space to change.
